Madison Christmas Parade 2014

This email is an update to the information on the website calendar page:

Saturday, December 13^th, is the Madison City Annual Christmas Parade followed by our annual Club Christmas party! We will pre-stage at the Madison Home Depot off Hwy 72 at 3:45pm and depart as a group to the new staging area at 4:00pm. This should provide plenty of time for you to decorate your car for the parade in the staging area. This year's parade theme is "Christmas Magic"!

The new staging area is located at the Skate Park at the corner of Hughes Road and Mill Road. The route is different this year too and will be previewed at the pre-staging area.  Judging begins at 5:00pm and the parade begins at 5:30pm. The parade typically last for 30-45 minutes. The Parade Committee has again expressed their appreciation of our support for this annual event.

Club Christmas Party 2014

The club annual Christmas party will be immediately after the parade event. We ask that you please sign up on the calendar so we know how many to expect for the parade and/or party. "Dirty Santa" is optional for male and female participants. Bring your favorite holiday dish and drink. Hope you can make this fun event! The party is hosted by Ted & Betty Whitney and is located at 119 Coatbridge Lane, Madison.
