There was an error on our website pertaining to the Quarterly meeting and election on 16 October 2016.  I recently sent out a blast email to the membership that the meeting would take place from 12:30 to 2:30, but the website had from 3:00 to 5:00. The correct time is 12:30 to 2:30 and I would like to thank Donald Porterfield for pointing out the error. I have corrected the website and am looking forward to seeing as many people as possible at the meeting. Remember, the club is paying for lunch so be sure to sign up on the website so we can give 306 BBQ the number of participants.
