Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using PrestigeMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the platform. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and PrestigeMatch.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through your account inbox or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Eligibility and Responsibility
To create an account on PrestigeMatch you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state, whichever is higher).
- Be a legal resident of the United States with a valid government-issued identification document.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and verification.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. PrestigeMatch is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.
Prohibited Conduct
To preserve a respectful and discreet community, members agree not to engage in the following on or through PrestigeMatch:
- Creating fake or impersonating profiles, or misrepresenting age, identity, marital status, or location.
- Soliciting or offering escort, prostitution, or any service that violates federal or state law.
- Posting sexually explicit imagery, nudity, or content that violates our community standards.
- Harassing, threatening, stalking, defaming, or intimidating other members.
- Requesting or sharing financial information such as bank details, credit card numbers, or wire transfers through our messaging tools.
- Using the platform for commercial promotion, recruitment, multi-level marketing, or unsolicited advertising.
- Attempting to circumvent verification, scrape data, reverse-engineer our software, or interfere with platform security.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. Review our FAQ for additional community guidelines.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
PrestigeMatch is free to join and browse. Optional premium subscriptions unlock advanced filters, priority placement, and enhanced privacy controls. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize PrestigeMatch to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not generate a refund for the current period. All fees are stated in US dollars.
Refunds are issued only where required by applicable consumer protection law or at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate charges or verified billing errors. To request a refund review, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, software, design elements, written content, and compiled member data on PrestigeMatch are the exclusive property of PrestigeMatch or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You retain ownership of the photographs and written content you upload to your profile. By uploading content, you grant PrestigeMatch a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
PrestigeMatch is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that you will meet a specific match, form a relationship, or achieve any particular outcome through the platform. While we maintain robust verification and moderation systems, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every member's representation of themselves.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrestigeMatch, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PrestigeMatch in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Always meet in safe public locations and review our safety and privacy guide before your first date.
Governing Law and US Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of PrestigeMatch shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our legal team. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, either party may proceed to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except where prohibited by applicable law.
